DESCRIPTION
FAIRFIBRE
is a unique fibre reinforcement for concrete and
mortar. It is chemically inert, easily and
instantly disperses into the mix, increases
tensile strength of concrete. It arrest drying
shrinkage cracks, reduces permeability and hence
ensures water tightness. It reduces construction
joints in the floor, minimises steel
reinforcements in industrial floors and improves
durability. For optimum performance of FAIRFIBRE,
125gm pack of FAIRFIBRE should be added with
50kg of cement.
METHOD OF USAGE
-› Do
dry mixing of ingredients for concrete or
mortar.
-› Take
required amount of water for concrete or mortar
in separate
container.
-› Add
required amount of FAIRFIBRE in container
containing water as per
dosage
recommended.
-› The
recommended dosage of FAIRFIBRE is 125gm per
1bag (50kg) of
cement.
-› Stir
the water in the container with wooden stick in
such a way that all
fibres of
FAIRFIBRE disperse and collide in water.
-› Add
this water in dry mix of mortar or concrete
along with the fibres
which are present
in water and mix them till homogenous mix is
obtained.
-› Concrete
is in ready to use.

125gm per 50kg. Cement.
