DESCRIPTION
FAIRPLAST IP is waterproof
plaster additive available in powder form, for
cement mortar. It gives better consistency,
prolong workability, smooth and creamy mortar
even with harsh sand. It reduces drying
shrinkage cracks and mortar droppings. The
procedure of usage of FAIRPLAST IP is mentioned
below.
SURFACE
PREPARATION
-› Surface
should be free from dust and dirt particles.
-› Stains
of oil and grease should be removed by brushing
or by
FM DEGREASER,
which is solvent based cleaner and degreaser.
-› It
easily removes stains of oil and grease.
-› Surface
should be prewetted before application this is
not required and
extra water should be removed.
METHOD OF USAGE
-› Do
dry mixing of sand and cement as per required
proportion.
-› Add
200gm pouch of FAIRPLAST IP powder in dry mix of
cement and
sand for 1bag
(50kg) of cement.
-› Mix
them thoroughly in such a way that FAIRPLAST IP
should be evenly
spread in dry
mix.
-› Add
required amount of water and mix them properly
until homogenous
mix is obtained.
-› Mortar
is now ready to use for plaster.

200gm per 50kg. Cement
