DESCRIPTION
FAIRTOP is ready to use single
pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, smooth
finish anti skid industrial flooring compound
for medium to heavy duty traffic floors. It
resists penetration of oil and water. FAIRTOP is
ready to use material the application is also
very simple.
APPARATUS

SURFACE PREPARATION
As FAIRTOP is applied over fresh
concrete, no surface preparation is required.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
-› FAIRTOP
is ready to use material, so no mixing is
required before using
it.
-› After
laying of base concrete, when a person puts
thumb on the
concrete, the
concrete should not stick on thumb but the
impression of
thumb remains on
concrete, at that time sprinkling of FAIRTOP
powder
should be done on
base concrete.
-› The
sprinkling rate of FAIRTOP is 5kg/m2, so
accordingly one can
estimate the total
quantity of FAIRTOP. After calculating total
quantity of
FAIRTOP, divide the
quantity in four parts.
(I) Sprinkle FAIRTOP by hand
on peripherial area of width 100-150mm.
When surface darkens with absorption of water,
it is levelled with flat
trowel or power float using disc attachment. In
areas where saw cut
joints are tobe located, an extra quantity of
floor hardner can be
applied. Ensure that edges are fully Compacted.
(II) Sprinkle second part of FAIRTOP
immediately after levelling of first
part. Second part should be sprinkled evenly on
entire area including
the peripherial area and when surface darkens,
level it with flat
Trowel.
(III) After 2hrs. of first levelling, again the
surface is levelled to close any
pores and remove any adulations on the surface.

surface should be covered with a polythene sheet
after final
levelling and
made air tight by placing sand around the sheet
for a
minimum period
of 7 days.
