DESCRIPTION
READYPLAST FB is fibre reinforced, ready mix
mortar, can be used or repair mortar and for
plastering. As it is readymix factory controlled
mortar, proportion of sand and cement is
maintained throughout the plastering work. Gives
excellent permeability resistance and bonding
which reduces the wastage during plastering. It
can be used with plastering machine. The
procedure of usage is mentioned below.
SURFACE
PREPARATION
-› Dust
and dirt particles should be removed by wire
brushing.
-› Before
applying READYPLAST FB on surface, it should be
cleaned and
wetted to achieve uniform thickness and levelled
surface.
METHOD OF USAGE
-› For
preparing mortar by READYPLAST FB, add precise
quantity of water
in powder and mix
it thoroughly. Generally water-powder ratio is
kept
0.15 i.e for 25kg
bag of READYPLAST FB, 3.75 litre water is
required.
-› Mixed
READYPLAST FB after adding water should be used
within 60
min. Water curing
is required after 12 hrs. and to be continued
atleast
for 7 days.
Alternatively curing by FAIRCURE C, curing
compound is
recommended.
COVERAGE
20sq.ft per 25kg
bag at thickness of 15-16mm.
