DESCRIPTION
SAFECORE R is two pack, anti
corrosive, protective coating for steel and
reinforcement. SAFECORE R is thin section
coating, designed to provide weather resistance
to steel and reinforcement. It ensures excellent
corrosion resistance to the reinforcement bars.

SURFACE TREATMENT
-› Before
applying SAFECORE R on steel it should be
cleaned by wire brush
or acid.
-› If
any rusting is there on reinforcement, it should
be removed by wire
brushing.
-› Dust
particles should be removed to achieve good
bonding of coating.
METHOD OF USAGE
-› SAFECEORE
R comes two part, supplied preweighed in correct
proportions.
-› For
mixing of SAFECORE R first liquid should be
taken in separate
container and the powder is
added gradually simultaneously mixing with
drill or by hand
continuously until a homogeneous colour is
achieved.
-› After
proper mixing of SAFECORE R, it should be
applied by brush in one
coat on prepared surface.
