DESCRIPTION
FAIRCRETE FBR is a polymer specially formulated for use with cement formulation.

USES
FAIRCRETE FBR can be used for structural rehabilitation, waterproofing treatment, floor, screeds, & topping and for concrete repairs.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Following are directions for the use of FAIRCRETE FBR for structural repairs and rehabilitation of concrete structures.
1. Chipped off all loose concrete until reach to sound and clean reinforcements with wire brush to remove loose
scales.
2. Clean with jet of water to remove loose particles, dust etc.,
3. Apply passivator coat: 1 part cement: 1 part FAIRCRETE FBR coat on cleaned reinforcement and allow it to
dry for 2-3 hours.
Coverage: 7 to 8 m² of reinforcement area per litre of FAIRCRETE FBR
4. As a bonding agent :1 part cement 1 part FAIRCRETE FBR on entire surface, which is to receive subsequent RBR modified mortar.
5. FAIRCRETE FBR can be used directly for better bonding.

Coverage: 2 to 3 m per litre of FAIRCRETE FBR
5. Prepare polymer modified mortar: Cement 50 kg, 125 kg zone II sand, 10litre FAIRCRETE FBR Water 5 to 7 litre. Apply this by hand pressing over tacky bond coat.
Yield is 0.1m Above mix cover 10m area at 10 mm thickness.

CURING

Moisture cures for 24 hours then allow drying out slowly.

WATCH POINT

1. Do not mix more mortar than can be used within 25 minutes.
2. Provide mortar thickness of about 10 mm to 15 mm absolute thickness of repair mortar over reinforcement.
3. Do not add more water than recommended.

PACKING

1 Litre, 5 Litre, 20 Litre packing.

SHELF LIFE

12 months if stored at below 35^OC.
