DESCRIPTION
FAIRCRETE SB (L) is a highly specialized co-acrylic polymeric compound designed for use with cement compositions. It is used in mortar and concrete as an admixture to increase resistance to ingress of moisture/water , wear resistance and durable material.
It is used with cement as a reliable water-resistant bonding agent.

PACKING
FAIRCRETE SB (L) supplied in 200ml, 1 ltr., 5 ltr., 10 ltr. 50ltr. And 100 ltr. Containers.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Concrete repair : Spalled concrete, repairing floors, beams and pre-cast slabs. Floor Screeds and Toppings : Abrasion resistant and non-dusting floors, for special finishes, mild chemical and effluent-resistant surface. External Rendering : Waterproof, weatherproof and frost resistant render. Waterproofing and water retaining : Basements, lift pits, inspection pits, water towers, liquid tanks, effluent tanks, swimming pools. Other Typical Applications : Bedding tiles, fixing floor-fixing slip bricks, bonding new concrete to old.

DOSAGE & PACKING

Coverage of FAIRCRETE SB (L) is approx 6-8m² litre. Depending on substrate for waterproofing. As regards to concrete repairs 200ml/50 kg bag of cement should be mixed.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

Compressive strength : Up to 60 N/mm² depends on cement used and workability ; Tensile strength : Up to 5.0 N/mm² depends on cement used and workability ; Flexural strength : Up to 10 N/mm² depends on cement used and workability ; Freeze thaw resistance : Excellent ; Water vapor permeability : Less than 4 gm/m²/24hr., Through 11 mm thick test piece ; Adhesion : Excellent to concrete, steel, brick etc. ; Chemical Resistance : Resists mild acids, alkalies, sulphates, chlorides, urine, dung, lactic acid, sugar, etc. ; Shrinkage During Cure : 0.01% to 0.02%. Chloride/ Sulphate / Nitrate / Thiosulphate content : Nil.

SHELF LIFE

36 months. Should be stored under shed below 50^OC.
