PRODUCT
FAIRCURE WC is supplied as a ready to use curing
aid for fresh concrete surfaces like floors,
screeds, granolithic topping, sloped slabs and
vertical structures.
USES
FAIRCURE WC is a curing compound which
eliminates water curing.
PURPOSE
A white pigmented solution, when applied to
structures can be identified easily. It helps
the curing process by preventing evaporation and
helps to attain strength and durability.
PACKING &
COVERAGE
1, 50, 10, 50, 100, 200 litres carbuoys.
FAIRCURE WC will cover an area of 5 to 6 m2 per
litre with specified single coat.
DESCRIPTION
FAIRCURE WC is supplied as a white pigmented,
non stainy, non toxic aqueous solution which
when applied to fresh concrete surfaces, reacts
with free lime and seals the pores, thus
reducing the evaporation of water from the mix
which assists curing process. Applied surfaces
can be easily identified due to white pigment.
Only single coat is sufficient for complete
curing process eliminating the water curing.
INSTRUCTION FOR
APPLICATION
FAIRCURE WC should be applied as quick as
possible on fresh concrete ensuring there is no
free water on the surface at the time of
application. On verticle structures after
deshuttering, dampen the surface with clean
water before the application of FAIRCURE WC.
CURING
Under the conditions of excessive heat or drying
wind, polythene, sheet may be used to cover the
surface after application of FAIRCURE WC. The
polythene sheet can be reused since it does not
stick to the surface.
CLEANING
Clean all equipments with water and avoid
contact with glass or paint work.
SHELFL LIFE
One year. Should be stored under shade in
original sealed containers.
HEALTH & SAFETY
FAIRCURE WC is alkaline, gloves must be worn and
use goggles for over head application to prevent
contact with eye. Any splashes on skin should be
washed with water.
