RECOMMENDED USES

Can be used various acid resistance tile or brick lining replaces the cement mortor with resin base screed.

PROPERTIES

POT LIFE : 45 minutes N/mm² at 30^OC, Initial Hardness : 24 hours at 30^OC, Full cure (Do not apply below 10^OC) : 7 days at 30^OC, Spreading Rate per pack 25 kg. : 2.6m² at 4mm thickness, SHELF LIFE : 12 months. Compressive Strength : 82 N/mm² at 28 days, Flexural Strength : 27 N/mm², Tensile Strength : 7 N/mm²

INSTRUCTION FOR APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION : (A) Substrates (tile joint) shall be sound, clean and free from dust, dirt, grease, oils, laitance and other contaminations a roughened or profiles surface will ensure optimum adhesion.
MIXING : The base and hardner componenents shall be thoroughly mixed together using a stiff spatula or a slow speed drill with paddle attachment, until a uniform grey mixture has been produced.
APPLICATION : The application of FAIRSCREED TA is best achieved using spatula, trowel, serrated trowel or stiff-bristled brush depending on the gap of joint to be treated.

CLEANING

Tools and equipments should be cleaned with SAFECORE TOOL CLEANER.

COVERAGE & PACKING

2 5kg. Consist of Base, Hardner and aggregates. 25 kg pack of FAIRSCREED TA covers approx. 2.6m² - 4mm thick.

SHELF LIFE
12 months, when stored in original, unopened containers, out of direct sunlight.
