USES
FAIRSCREED TG is a versatile,
epoxy paste adhesive being particularly suitable
for all tile joints. FAIRSCREED TG may also be
used for thin section concrete repairs.
DESCRIPTION
FAIRSCREED TG is a thixotropic,
solvent free three part epoxy tile grout ideal
for all type of tile joints. FAIRSCREED TG has a
high level of mechanical integrity and exhibits
excellent bonding characteristics even damp
conditions. FAIRSCREED TG is easy to mix and
apply.

POT LIFE : 45 minutes at 30OC
; COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH : 40N/mm2
(1 day at 30OC),
70 N/mm2
(7 days at 30OC)
; TENSILE STRENGTH : 18 N/mm2
; APPLICATION TEMPERATURE : 30OC,
Drying / Curing times : Touch dry after 4-6
hours at 30OC,
Hard dry after 10-12 hours at 30OC,
Full chemical resistance 7 days.
INSTRUCTION FOR
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION : (A)
Substrates (tile joint) shall be sound, clean
and free from dust, dirt, grease, oils, laitance
and other contaminations a roughened or profiles
surface will ensure optimum adhesion.
MIXING : The base and hardner componenents shall
be thoroughly mixed together using a stiff
spatula or a slow speed drill with paddle
attachment, until a uniform grey mixture has
been produced.
APPLICATION : The application of FAIRSCREED TG
is best achieved using spatula, trowel, serrated
trowel or stiff-bristled brush depending on the
gap of joint to be treated.
COLOUR RANGE
Available in various colours.
FAIRSCREED TG has been specially design to
ensure chemical & acid resistant tile grout
which available in various colours. Tile gap
width of 10mm to 50mm gap can be easily filled.
PACKING
FAIRSCREED TG is supplied in 25 kg (Three part).
SHELF LIFE
12 months, when stored in
original, unopened containers, out of direct
sunlight.
