PRODUCT

FAIRTOP HD is a non metallic factory controlled, two part material containing special hardwearing abrasion resistant system for heavy duty floors.

Modulus of elasticity N/mm² : 17000 ; Adhesion strength N/mm² : 2.5 3.5 ; Flexural strength N/mm² : > 13 ; Compressive strength N/mm² : >65 ; Shrinkage mm/m : <0.30 ; Water absorption % : <4 (after 14 days in water) ; Loss by abrasion mm 1st grinding : 1.49 (in wet condition according to Amsler) ; 2nd grinding. : 0.95.

PURPOSE

For use on heavy duty industrial floor where floors are subjected to heavy wear and abrasion.

COVERAGE & PACKING

Available in 40 kg Powder and 4 liter liquid will cover 1.5 m² - 15 mm thickness the coverage depends upon the substrate.

DESCRIPTION

FAIRTOP HD is a two part powder and liquid material, pre blended cementitious integral floor hardener containing non metallic, non-oxidizing chemically inert aggregates having high degree of wear and abrasion resistance. FAIRTOP HD is laid as 12 mm thick topping on
fresh concrete (monolithic construction) or as a topping on existing concrete floors (separate construction).

Loading bays, Factories, Warehouse, Car Park, Trucking Lanes, Workshops, Garages, Subways, Power Stations & Abattoirs.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

PREPARATION OF BASE CONCRETE: The existing base concrete must be free from loose particles, laitance and oil contamination. The concrete is hacked to a depth of at least 50-75 mm and thoroughly washed with water to remove all debris, dust etc.
PRIMER:
PACKING & COVERAGE : Available in 5 ltr liquid + 15 kg powder, which covers approx. 140-150 sq.ft.Aarea.
MIXING & APPLICATION : FAIRTOP HD PRIMER is a two part system consists of base & hardner. Mix base and hardner and applied on the prepared surface. The thickness of the primer slurry be approx. 2-3 mm.
METHOD OF MIXING AND LYING OF FAIRTOP HD:
Take powder in mixing vessel and add liquid slowly until a homogeneous mix is obtained. The mix is applied on the fresh primer slurry, distributed by rake and drawn off across guide rails. Immediately after leveling, the flooring is compacted and smoothed with disc smoother. After setting of the flooring further treatment of the surface is carried out with a 'helicopter' type smoothing machine.
