PRODUCT
FLOWGROUT EP is a three pack solvent free, free flow, epoxy resin grout.

PURPOSE
For the precision grouting of heavy duty rails, machinery, compressor, dowel bars, studs etc. Where minimum shut down time for production machinery is of primary consideration.

DESCRIPTION
FLOWGROUT EP is a freeflow grouting system formulated to give good flow properties without filler separation. FLOWGROUT EP has the better flow properties at either ambient or higher temperatures. FLOWGROUT EP is having excellent curing characteristics. Due to high heat generation, care should be taken in using this grout in thick sections at ambient temperatures of 30^OC. or above.

DOSAGE
200 gm of FAIRADD, when added to 50 kgs.oof cement, will require approx. 20 ltrs of water, the yield of grout being about 25 ltrs. With a 1:1 sand / cement mix the same quantity of FAIRADD with the required per 50 kg.oof cement, and the addition of a similar quantity of water results to yield approx. 55-58 ltrs.
N.B. : For leaner grout mixes, where the aggregate/cement ratio exceeds 1:1, then 2 X 200 gm of FAIRADD should be used per 50 kg of cement.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All contaminated surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly by chemical or mechanical etching method. All bolt pockets & under bases must be free from dust, laitance and of sound substrate. If needed, substrate must be hacked to provide extra mechanical key.

WHERE TO USE
Machine base plates and crane-rail grouting. Anchoring of steel reinforcement, girders and postensioned cables in concrete and stone. Joining precast concrete units, concrete to concrete and concrete to steel.

MIXING
FLOWGROUT EP epoxy grout comprises of three components; resin BASE, HARDNER, and AGGREGATES which are supplied pre-weighed in the correct proportions. It is essential that the AGGREGATES should be kept dry and free from frost. When required for application the HARDENER should first be poured into the can containing the BASE and drained well. The components should be thoroughly mixed, preferably with mechanical stirrer, e.g. an electric drill with stirrer attachment until a uniform clear liquid is obtained. Then the aggregates should added slowly to liquid and mixed thoroughly until all the aggregates have been wetted out and the mortar is of uniform colour and consistency.

SHELF LIFE
12 months when stored in manufacturer's undamaged sealed containers under shed and away from moisture.
