PRODUCT
READYPLAST FB(E) is a premixed
ready to use cement-based mortar for external
plaster, which ensures quality consistency.
READYPLAST FB(E) is a mixture of graded inert
fillers, additives, binder.
PURPOSE
READYPLAST FB(E) can be used
brick, block & concrete walls, patching
honeycombs in concrete & other general usages to
improve the quality of plastering work by
factory controlled product.
PACKING
25kg & 40 kg. Of woven bags
APPLICATION
Mixing : Take precise quantity of
water (6 ltrs to 7 ltrs for 40 kg bag) & pour
into mechanical mixer or can be loaded into
plastering machine and slowly add the READYPLAST
FB(E) mortar into mixer at a ratio of 0.15 W/P
ratio and mix it thoroughly for application.
Application : Ensure substrate is cleans, from
grease, paints and traces of foreign material
that may effect adhesion. Wet the surface
thoroughly and apply READYPLAST FB(E) to achieve
uniform thickness and level surface. Mixed
READYPLAST FB(E) after adding water, should be
used within 60 minutes.
Curing : Water curing is recommended after 12
hours and to be continued for atleast 5-7 days.
Alternatively curing by
FAIRCURE C curing compound is recommended.
TYPICAL
PROPERTIES
(1) Filler : Slit free precisely
graded sand fractions.
(2) Type of Binder : Ordinary portland cement
(Grey).
(3) Additives : Accurate proportionary of
ingredients improve workability, water retention
durability and adhesion strength.
(4) Density : About 1.9 kg/litre as dry product
and about 2.1 kg/litre when mixed with water.
(5) Water addition : about 6-7 litre/40 kg bag.
(6) Pot Life : 1 hour
(7) Coat thickness : 15-16mm.
COVERAGE
40 kg. Bag of bag READYPLAST FB(E)
will cover 30-32 sq.ft in 15-16 mm thickness the
coverage depends upon the substrate.
SHELF LIFE
9 months from the date of
manufacture under standard storage conditions in
a shaded and dry place.
