DESCRIPTION
ROADCRETE PR is a two part
polyester resin based road repair mortar. It is
a fast setting, high strength trowel applied
mortar designed for damaged road repair. Its
rapid set characteristics allow a fast return of
the road to traffic.
TYPICAL
PROPERTIES
Colour : Grey (mixed), Working
life : 10 minutes, Setting time : 30 minutes,
Compressive Strength : ROADCRETE PR develop
strength equivalent to mature concrete within 2
to 6 hours temperature of 25OC
or higher. BOND STRENGTH : ROADCRETE PR makes a
strong bond to most structural materials. For
repairs to concrete.
PACKING &
COVERAGE
ROADCRETE PR is supplied in 7.5
kg. Packs. Consist of BASE and HARDNER. A 7.5 kg
pack will cover an area of 0.3 m2
@ 10mm thickness.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION : All lose
particles should be removed by wire brush.
MIXING : Pour BASE into the bucket and slowly
add the HARDNER mixed using a mechanically
stirrer until a homogeneous mix is attained.
APPLICATION : Apply the mixed material
immediately after mixing. Do not try to re-mix
once initial hardening is evident.
LAYING : Minimum thickness 10mm
CURING : No curing is required.
USAGE OF THE ROAD : Within 1 hour for the
traffic.
SHELF LIFE
6 months if stored in a dry
enclosed area in unopened.
