“Concrete to be caste should be Modified with water reducing, waterproofing admixture FAIRCRETE RMW @150ml / 50Kg of Cement. & all construction joints to be given bond coat of FAIRBOND EP over old concrete surface and all slope to be maintained towards drainage/outlet end.  (to be  under  the scope of main / civil contractor, possible L/s Chemical Cost / Sq.ft. / 4”thickness slab / raft=Rs.1.75/Sq.ft..).”

WATERPROOF BASE PREPRATION:

01-Cleaning and washing of the surface with Wire brush /Broom.

02-Fixing G.I.SPOUT, at the lowest end, towards SHAFT, The tail end should be at least 100mm away from finished wall surface.

03-Repairing/Rehabilitation CI/PVC pipe to masonry joint and SPOUT to masonry joint with modified Acrylic Cementitious (w/p) Mortar/putty using FAIRCRETE SB (L) @ 5 %by Wt. of Cement, followed with sealing CI/PVC pipe to masonry joints with FAIRSEAL (In case of dry surface) or with Acrylic modified putty of  CRACKSEAL (in case of wet surface).

04-Making fillet GALTA all around by using modified Acrylic Cementitious screed (1:2:2), by adding FAIRCRETE RMW at construction joints @ 150 ml per 50Kg bag of cement.    

WATERPROOF COATING:

Applying two coats of Acrylic polymer modified coating of WATERGUARD A.

PROTECTION  LAYER

Applying waterproof cover plaster (12 mm thick) of 1:4 cement: coarse sand Zone -II by adding FAIRPLAST IP 200 gm / 50Kg of cement Followed with neat cement slurry punning.
