SETRELEASE WC – RESIN BASED SINGLE PACK SHUTTER COATING

SETRELEASE WC is a unique single pack based on polymeric resin penetrating sealer for wood.  SETRELEASE WC fills complete pores in the plywood and gives waterproof surface.  Does not allow to penetrate the water hence life of the plywood will be more than 10 times other benefits.  It prevents harmful sugars leaching out of wooden formwork and causing retardation.

As a protective coating to improve efficiency and prolongs the working life of timber, plywood, hardboard and steel moulds used for concrete formwork.  The typical properties of SETRELEASE WC are as :

HOW TO USE :

Usage of SETRELEASE WC is very simple.  One or two coat of SETRELEASE WC to be applied on prepared surface. 

Surface preparation : Clean the surface thoroughly.  The surface, which is to be applied, should be dust free and free from loosely adhering deposits.  Remove the stickers on plywood and steel moulds should be wire brushed.

Application : SETRELEASE WC should be applied by brush, roller or air spray in one or two coat taking care to ensure a continuous film.  The quantity of mixed solution should be selected in such a way that it can be applied within the pot life i.e. 1 hour.

Coverage : the coverage rate of SETRELEASE WC on plywood surfaces is 9 – 10 m² per coat.

Cost :  SETRELEASE WC is very economical product.  The cost per m² will be Rs. 25/- while difference between commercial ply and waterproof plywood – more than 3 times higher cost that will be proved to be very expensive.

While other application on wood like PU coating and other coatings – compared to all existing system, SETRELEASE WC a unique advance technology will give very much enhanced performance with very low cost.
