admixture FAIRCRETE RMW @150ml / 50Kg of Cement.
& all construction joints to be given bond coat
of FAIRBOND EP over old concrete surface,” and
all slope to be maintained towards
drainage/outlet end. (to be under the scope
of main/civil contractor.)
WATERPROOF BASE
PREPARATION
01-Washing & Cleaning the base
surface with water, after removing dust/dirt if
any.
02-INJECTION GROUTING (if
required): All honeycomb/unsound portions,
cracks, Construction joints etc to be
strengthen, by fixing 12mm dia. G.I./Al.
nozzles, to max 1/3 rd depth of slab thickness,
followed with pressure grouting Non -Shrink
cement slurry (W/C =2 to 0.75) Modified with
FAIRADD @ 200gm /50 kg bag of cement
03-All construction joints to be
rack open and applied with sealing coarse "band
plaster".After applying modified cement slurry
by using FAIRCRETE SB (L): Cement with Ratio of
1:2,followed with MICRO CONC.repair, with
CEMSCREED HM
04. Repairing and making the base
in sound after applying modified cement slurry
by using FAIRCRETE SB (L): Cement with ratio of
1:2,followed with MICRO CONC.repair with
CEMSCREED HM on clean & washed surface.
05. Making fillet /galta
50 X 50 mm min., all around by applying modified
Acrylic cementitious screed added with FAIRCRETE
SB (L) @ 5% by wt. of Cement.
WATERPROOFING
COARSE
Applying two coats of
cementitious polymer waterproof coating by brush
using WATERGUARD A second coat to be followed
with waterproof cement: coarse sand plaster
(1:3) by using FAIRPLAST IP 200 gm /50 Kg of
cement, FAIRFIBER @ 125 gm / 50kg bag of
cement.
All the inlet and exit pipes to
concrete joint to be given sealent putty with
FAIRSEAL in case of dry surface or with
FAIRCRETE SB(L): CRACKSEAL putty in case of wet
