DESCRIPTION
WATERGUARD I is two part polymer based waterproofing coating, specially designed polymer to ensure perfect water tightness, with insulating property to cool down inner temperature and ensures the flexibility to cover the thermal stresses. WATERGUARD I has an excellent frost resistance. Can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

PACKING & COVERAGE
WATERGUARD I is prepacked two components of 10 kg powder + 5 kg liquid, specially designed polymer processed cement and fillers, which covers approximately 5 to 7 m² depends upon the substrates

MIXING
WATERGUARD I to be preferably mix by mechanical mixer using electrical drill and paddle attachment. Add powder slowly, mix continuously until a homogeneous mix obtained. WATERGUARD I can also be mixed by hand but should ensure proper mixing.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All the surfaces should be clean, free from dust and loose laitance. Where on the existing surfaces if cracks are found, should be treated with CRACKSEAL (See separate datasheet). Before application of WATERGUARD I, prewet the surface and excess water is to be removed.

APPLICATION
On prepared surface apply two coats of WATERGUARD I by brush or roller. Mixed WATERGUARD I should be used within 20 to 25 minutes of mixing.

SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is a 24 months, if stored under shade in original sealed condition.

HEALTH & SAFETY
WATERGUARD I is non-toxic but any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water.
