PRODUCT

on mineral substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, mortar and asbestos
sheeting.
DESCRIPTION
WATERREPELL SUPER is supplied as ready to use.
WATERREPELL SUPER prolongs the clean appearance
of buildings, reduces chemical attack, minimises
efflorescence. Any other common water repellent
will penetrate and provide water repellence by
chemically reacting with the substrate. Treated
substrates are hydrophobic and retain their
original appearance. The WATERREPELL SUPER are
small molecules to allow for deep penetration in
to the surface. After the emulsion breaks, the
active ingredients react with moisture to
produce hydroxy groups. These hydroxy groups
bond with the substrate and each other to
produce a hydrophobic treatment that inhibits
water absorption in to the substrate. However in
the emulsion form, surfactants protect. The
reactive molecules from the water, providing
emulsion stability. The life of the treatment
will depend on the extent of weathering to which
the surface is exposed. Due to the excellent
waterrepell properties WATERREPELL SUPER dirt
and other atmospheric impurities are washed off,
by rain and its clean appearance is maintained
for a longer period.
PRODUCT
Methods of
application include airless sprayer, roller and
brush. When a brush or roller used, repeat
application until the surface remains moist for
a few minutes.

WATERREPELL SUPER will cover approx. 4 to 5 m2
of surface.
HEALTH & SAFETY
When the WATERREPELL SUPER comes in contact with
acids, bases, amines and heavy metals or there
compounds, the rate of hydrogen evolution
increases. Do not store material in the presence
of these contaminants, as hydrogen evolution
will occur. Take safety precautions at all
times. Do not store or use near sparks or open
flames. Do not smoke in the vicinity of
application. Use this material in a
well-ventilated area away from sparks and open
flames.
SHELF LIFE
When stored in original airtight container
WATERREPELL SUPER has a shelf life of 24 months
from date of manufacture.
